Director
Larry Olimb is Director at Carlson Real Estate Company. In addition to other company initiatives and obligations, he is primarily responsible for general oversight including leasing and management of the Minneapolis portfolio of office and industrial properties totaling approximately 1.2 million square feet.
Larry joined Carlson Real Estate Company in 1999 and has managed office, office/warehouse, retail and bulk warehouse properties owned by Carlson. In addition he was the leasing agent of Carlson Business Center and Bryant Lake Business Center. From 2012 – 2016 he managed a portfolio of properties for Cushman & Wakefield/Northmarg until returning to Carlson Real Estate.
Larry has both the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Real Property Administrator (RPA) designations.
He is an active member of the Minnesota chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA), and Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR).
Larry graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Communications Degree from the University of Minnesota.
