iQor Acquires space at Carlson Real Estate Company’s OTC Building

November 16, 2009 – Minnetonka, MN – Carlson Real Estate Company recently leased 48,700 square feet of office space within the OTC Building, to iQor, a global provider of business process outsourcing services. iQor provides customer service, first-party receivables management, and third-party collections across the United States, Canada, India, the Philippines and the United Kingdom.

The OTC Building is located in Plymouth, Minnesota. The space leased to iQor was recently vacated by Carlson Companies. Upon completion of this recent transaction, the building remains fully occupied. Other tenants in the building include Carlson Companies and United Healthcare.

Denny Walsh of Walsh Partners led iQor’s efforts during space and lease negotiations.
