July 1, 2008—Phoenix, AZ—Megan Kruger-Dugan, Property Manager at Carlson Real Estate Company, has obtained her Certified Property Management (CPM) designation.

Ms. Krugen-Dugan, who has been with Carlson Real Estate since 2002, was recently promoted from Assistant Property Manager to Property Manager. She is responsible for oversight of Cotton Corporate Center, Warner Business Center and Deer Valley Industrial Park. She also assists in management of Carlson Real Estate's entire Pheonix area portfolio, acting as one of the main liaisons between contractors, suppliers, and other vendors working on these properties.
