Carlson Real Estate Hires Colliers Team for The Oaks Office Suites
May 19, 2008—Minnetonka, MN—Carlson Real Estate Company has hired the team of Peter Dufour, CCIM, Vice President, and Mark Stevens, Senior Associate from Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, to represent it as the listing brokers at The Oaks Office Suites, the office condominium component of The Oaks Business Park in Oakdale, Minnesota. The pair began representing the property in April.

Mr. Dufour has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 15 years, including the last 3 with Colliers. He has extensive experience in both landlord and tenant representation, including such clients as Adobe, Brown & Bigelow, HB Fuller, Minnesota State University Student Association, and Wellington Management. He has his CCIM designation and is an active member of MNCAR, NAIOP, BOMA, and NAR.

Mr. Stevens specializes in office leasing and sales and has more than 6 years of industry experience. He joined Colliers in 2006 and has been involved in lease and sales transactions throughout his career totaling more than 1.2 million square feet for clients including American Mortgage Solutions, Intouch Inc., LandAmerica Financial Group, Minnesota Trucking Association, and the Woodbury Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of MNCAR, NAIOP, and NAR.
