Carlson Real Estate Company Continues To Grow Its Phoenix Office.
April 29, 2008—Phoenix, AZ—Carlson Real Estate Company recently promoted two
employees, and made a new hire.

Megan Kruger-Dugan has been promoted from Assistant Property Manager to Property
Manager. She is responsible for oversight of the Deer Valley Industrial Park and also
assists in management of Carlson Real Estate’s entire Phoenix area portfolio, acting as
one of the main liaisons between contractors, suppliers, and other vendors working on
these properties.

Brooks Wintemute has been promoted to Assistant Property Manager and will assist
property managers and others in the overall management of the Phoenix portfolio.

In addition to these promotions, Carlson Real Estate hired Joe Barter as a Maintenance
Technician. He will assist in the upkeep
