Carlson Real Estate Company Announces 2009 Rewarding Relationships Winners

January 26, 2010 – Minneapolis, MN – Carlson Real Estate Company is proud to recognize the following winners of its 2009 Rewarding Relationships program, a points-based incentive program designed to award commercial real estate brokers who complete new lease deals within its portfolio.

In Minneapolis, the grand prize winner is Denny Walsh of Walsh Partners. Second place goes to Rich Reynolds, Jeff Jones and Michelle Culligan of AREA and Bryan Beltrand of Welsh Companies is the third place winner.

In the Phoenix market, the first place winner is Arlene Clark of Mohr Partners. Suzanne Drake with Jones Lang LaSalle is the second place winner and third place goes to Dave Barrett of CB Richard Ellis.

In Charlotte, Barb Jespersen of Colliers Pinkard takes first place. Arthur Yessayan of Yesco Realty is the second place winner and John Wharton of Colliers Pinkard is the third place winner.

The Rewarding Relationships program was implemented by Carlson Real Estate Company in 2007 as a way to show how much it values the strong relationships it has formed with its broker partners throughout the years.
